I came to HR through workforce development, coaching, and organizational leadership. That path shaped how I see the work: HR done well is invisible because everything just works -- people are supported, managers are equipped, and the organization can focus on what it is actually trying to build.
I have spent my career in the room where it gets complicated. Employee relations. Investigations. Hard conversations. Accommodation needs that do not fit a template. I bring calm, clarity, and genuine care to those moments alongside the technical grounding to handle them correctly.
I am also a systems thinker. I look for patterns before they become crises. I build processes that reduce the need for heroics. And I believe the best HR work happens when people barely notice it.
