Role alignment

Positioned for roles where operations, people, and organizational change meet.

I work where people, process, communication, and business needs overlap. I am most effective in roles that require both systems thinking and genuine human judgment. That includes strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, content development, and brand management alongside program operations and people leadership.

Proof of range

A people-first operator who can move between strategy, systems, and hard conversations.

My background bridges operations, coaching, recruiting, benefits, workforce development, communications, organizational change, and practical people systems. That mix matters because execution problems rarely stay inside one function.

Leadership Through Complexity

Support for organizations and leaders navigating operational change, employee relations challenges, management coaching, compliance concerns, organizational transition, and difficult conversations.

Strategic Communication & Visibility

Focus on communication strategies that improve clarity, engagement, organizational visibility, and stakeholder trust across teams, partners, and communities.

Operational & People Systems

Operational thinking applied to onboarding, workflow improvement, benefits administration, documentation systems, training, recruiting support, and organizational infrastructure.

Workforce & Community Partnerships

Workforce and community initiatives supported through employer engagement, retention strategy, partnership development, apprenticeships, grant-supported programming, and regional collaboration.

Practical Innovation

AI and emerging technologies applied to communication, workflow efficiency, research, and operational support while maintaining human judgment and organizational context.

Selected evidence

Case studies built for hiring conversations.

Each case study is framed around the problem, the operating work, and the business relevance. Confidential employee and employer details are intentionally omitted.

01

Workforce strategy · employer engagement · organizational systems

Business Resource Network built from concept to employer adoption.

Developed, marketed, sold, implemented, and managed an employer-focused Business Resource Network designed to improve retention, workforce stability, employee support, and organizational engagement across multiple employers. The initiative connected coaching, resource navigation, training, communication, and partnership development into a practical organizational support model.

02

People operations · recruiting · organizational infrastructure

HR infrastructure redesigned to support organizational growth and operational consistency.

Redesigned recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, hiring workflows, compliance systems, evaluation processes, and operational documentation during a period of organizational transition and growth. Work included Greenhouse ATS implementation, structured interview systems, onboarding frameworks, process standardization, and organizational infrastructure designed to improve accountability, scalability, and day-to-day operational support.

03

Strategic communications · organizational visibility · brand systems

Communications infrastructure built to improve visibility, consistency, and engagement.

Designed and implemented Michigan Works! Region 7B's first formal communications and marketing function, including communications strategy, departmental systems, policies and procedures, brand development, stakeholder messaging, PR, digital content, social media, and organizational storytelling. Work included website and digital content management, campaign development, photography, event collateral, and production of a bi-yearly magazine spanning content creation, design, layout, editing, and print coordination. Organizational visibility increased by more than 65%, and following departure, continued communications support was retained through an extended contract agreement.

04

Operations · compliance · administrative systems

Operational cleanup that reduced workload and improved organizational consistency.

Audited benefits administration, bookkeeping processes, documentation systems, onboarding workflows, and administrative operations to identify compliance gaps, billing discrepancies, duplicated effort, and workflow inefficiencies. Operational redesign reduced manual workload while improving clarity, structure, and day-to-day sustainability.

05

Learning and development · AI literacy · workforce innovation

AI literacy programming developed for adult learning professionals.

Developed and presented practical AI literacy curriculum focused on digital fluency, workforce adaptation, emerging technologies, workflow support, and responsible AI integration for adult learning and workforce development professionals. Sessions included hands-on exploration of applied AI tools, prompt development, research workflows, and practical implementation strategies for real-world use.

Credentials and learning

Credentials that support people judgment, coaching, workforce systems, and modern operations.

The strongest signal is the combination: operations management, formal HR certification and experience, coaching practice, workforce development, budget & accounting, career development, DEI, trauma-informed workplaces, mental health training, and applied AI workflow learning.
